Career Video Surprises

In the videos I watched about photography I discovered that it helps so seek employment in camera stores. I never thought of that before but it definitely would help me with understanding cameras more and which ones work best for what I would want to do.

Planned Career and Education Plan

In the future I plan on becoming a photographer. I researched to colleges focusing on that subject; one in Michigan and one in California. I also learned about the life of the average photographer and it interests me even more now that I know more about it. The work ethics survey had this career as one option for me, and it is in the career cluster i want; arts, a/v technology and communications. I really like this career because it's very creative and it has varitey. I wont be doing the same thing everyday and I get to be expressive. I chose the two colleges, Grand Valley State University because it has an excellent photography program. I can see myself pursuing this career in the future and I hope to become successful.

My Movie Project

My movie project wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. I heard it was frustrating sometimes but it ended up going pretty good. I regret not using more sound and wish I used music all the way through my movie. Otherwise I am happy with my project. I like a lot of the other students' projects. I liked that we got to choose what book we wanted to do, but it was a little challenging to find music that fit the movie. My favorite part about my movie was my second to last slide because I added an effect that made it change colors. This project was different from usual projects, it was creative and fun. I'm happy we got to do this movie maker project.

In 10 Years...

In ten years I would like to live by Lake Michigan in a small house, with my family. I would like to be married and have a daughter and a son. I hope to be a photographer and an author. I hope to have a dog (finally!) I don't know what kind though, but not a tiny yippy dog. I wouldn't need a lot of money or a fancy car, my priority would be my family. I would try to cook for them as much as possible. I just want a simple and happy life, full of memories to look back on when I'm older.
